A path to better communication
Christie Sforzini earned her Masters of Science in Communicative Disorders from California State University, Northridge in 2000. She has since been working in private practice servicing the pediatric population. Christie has extensive experience providing language treatment to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders, as well as childhood apraxia, and phonological disorders. She joined the Milestones team in 2013.
Heidi Buschow earned her Masters of Arts degree in Communicative Disorders in 1996 from San Diego State University. She also has a teaching credential in Elementary Education. In 2002 Heidi opened Milestones Speech and Language Center in Westlake Village. She specializes in auditory processing and reading disorders. She was one of the first people trained in the use of the Fast ForWord family of programs in the United States.
